Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Bethlehem is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Bethlehem is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Megan at brew Works in Bethlehem Pennsylvania was simply superb. She recommended an excellent combination of food and beverage that I will not forget the atmosphere is absolutely downtown perfection. If you’re ever in Bethlehem, check it out.

Love the vibe and location here. I came for dinner and ordered a mexican corn chicken wrap (special) and cole slaw. Serving size was solid and the wrap was very tasty, cole slaw was decent. They have a decent drink selection as well that was priced about average, I enjoyed the hazy IPA ordered

Others complain about the service but I thought the servers were very attentive. I had dinner and beers out on the patio. Food was great and the oatmeal stout was amazing. I got 2 crowlers to go but it didn’t travel well unfortunately. Definitely try it at the bar however!

My wife and I were there for an early dinner on a Sunday before Memorial Day. The place had 2 hall areas, one at the front with a bar area and TVs and the other at the back with brew vats. When the hostess greeted us she started to walk us towards the back. Initially I thought seeing the brew vats was pretty interesting. But the back area seemed unusually empty, much quieter than the front hall area. The entire place was somewhat empty and definitely not packed due to the holiday perhaps. We passed even a few sparsely populated seating areas, and then she finally took us to the very end of the back hall, wedged between the kitchen entrance and where the employees were eating and prepping in between shifts. There were no customers around and it felt like we were sitting inside a bus terminal. The waitress didn’t seem interested at all in serving us, and every one of her response was very terse. This was one of the many breweries in the area as well really known for its breweries, you’d expect at least some introduction of different types of beer or even specials. None of that from this aloof, uninterested waitress. I initially didn’t think much of it, but as I sat through the meal

went here with some friends yesterday and we all had a great experience! the design of the building itself is super neat and we were in a room with cool art on the walls. our waitress was really sweet and funny which made us have a great time too! i ordered a brew style burger with mushrooms and it was absolutely delicious!!! they also had honey mustard, which was a plus. the fries were also great! i ate half and brought the other half home and it STILL held up. i ate some of my friend’s food too— one mozzarella stick and one bang bang shrimp, both of which were also super yummy!!! overall, great vibe, great service, and great food!!! i highly recommend this place ^_^
